This deal starts from £2295.oo complete with no hidden extras.
This is our most popular deal, and it applies to those who have a conventional brick chimney at their property. With this particular deal, we will remove any existing fireplace you may have, and open up your chimney to the required size so as to suit this new design. This is done using concrete lintels to fully support the inners of the chimney and the flue itself. We will then install a 316 grade flue liner complete with all necessary components before installing a steel closure plate with a steel frame to close off the chimney.
Next we will cut (shape) and lay your choice of stone hearth from the selection below before cutting, shaping and fixing a fireboard chamber to the inner chamber of the chimney breast and finally, we plaster up the face of the chimney breast before finally installing your new stove and signing it off with a HETAS certificate.
If you choose to have a wooden beam as an available extra we will then fix that to the wall for you. Our oak beams come with keyhole fixings and so easy decorating is attainable since they're able to be removed and refitted at will.
The image to the left is a representation of this package deal. Everything (except the beam) is included for the total cost of: £2295.oo. The oak beam is priced at an extra £150.oo and this includes the fitting cost. The deal increases when adding a different stove to the package and the new upgraded prices are displayed in the list, underneath the stove of your choice. This package includes; a hearth & an inner hearth, fire-board chamber, a full flue liner & stove fixing kit, stove and FULL installation. All available extras are included at their stated, extra costs as detailed below.

STEEL FRAME & CLOSURE PLATE, STOVE PIPE, CO ALARM AND HT PAINT.
A complete kit to install your new stove into the chimney chamber opening. This kit consists of a steel frame, which is fixed securely to the inner walls of the chimney chamber, at a height where the fireboard terminates. A stainless steel closure plate - with an inspection hatch and hole for the stove pipe - is then mechanically fixed to the steel frame with a rosette collar fitted around the stove pipe, as it meets the plate, to give a nice, neat finish. With this kit, we include a can of high temperature paint for the closure plate. We believe they look so much better in black but if preferred, they can be left in the stainless steel finish. And last but not least, a vitally important addition to all stove installations, a Co alarm. We provide alarms with an integrated 7 year battery for maintenance free operation.
